We use quickly crisped pizza crust to create this classic tomato and bread salad.

Ingredients

1 11- to 12-inch thin pizza crust 2 pt. cherry tomatoes 1 c. fresh mini mozzarella balls 1/4 c. thinly sliced packed fresh basil leaves 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Instructions

Cut crust into 1-inch squares; in 12-inch skillet, cook on medium 10 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring occasionally. Cool. In large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil, vinegar, and salt and pepper with crust pieces.
