Take a bite out of the tropics with this Hawaiian Fresh Fruit Salad.
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 3/4 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger or ground ginger
- 6 c. bite-sized pieces fruit
Instructions
- In large bowl, stir together fresh lime juice, honey, and ginger.
- To bowl, add fruit, tossing to combine. If using bananas, serve immediately.
