While refreshing on its own, this bright dish is an ideal way to cleanse the palate between courses of rich food. Change things up by using all oranges or grapefruit—just be sure to serve it with the honey and lime dressing.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lime zest
- 3 pink grapefruits
- 3 navel oranges
- 3 tbsp. small mint leaves or chopped mint
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the honey, lime juice and zest.
- Cut peel and white pith from grapefruits and oranges. Slice the fruit into rounds, add to the bowl and gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with the mint before serving.
