- 3 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup tequila blanco
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
- 4 (1/4-inch-thick) lime wheels (optional)
- Kosher salt (optional)
Instructions
- Blend raspberries, tequila, lime juice, agave, ginger, and 2 cups ice in a blender until smooth.
- If desired, rub rims of old-fashioned or rocks glasses with lime; dip rims in salt. Divide cocktail among glasses and serve with lime wheels, if using.
