Ingredients

  • 1 package (20 oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 lb cooked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag), thawed
  • 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice

Instructions

  1. In 3- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix chicken, tomatoes, broth, water and red pepper sauce.
  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Stir in kielbasa, stir-fry vegetables and rice. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 10 to 15 minutes until rice is tender.
