Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
  • 1 7-oz. wheel brie
  • 1/4 c. cherry preserves
  • Egg wash

Instructions

  1. Cut puff pastry into 8-inch square. Place brie in center and top with cherry preserves. Fold up corners of puff pastry, sealing it at the top. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese has melted.
