1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1~1½ tbsp Long Green Onion, Chopped
1 tbsp Hot Chili Oil
150ml Chicken Stock (5.1 fl oz)
(150ml water 1 tsp Chinese-style chicken stock powder)
100ml Soy Milk (3.4 fl oz)
- Meat Mixture - (serves 2)
Vegetable Oil
100g Ground Pork (3.5 oz)
1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp Ginger Root, Chopped
½ tbsp Tianmianjiang - Sweet Bean Sauce
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sake
¼ head Bok Choy
Sesame Oil
