Ingredients

1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper 1/2 avocado 0.12 lime yields lime juice 4 sprigs cilantro leaves 1 tbsp chopped red onion, finely 1/4 jalapeno, finely diced 1 can tuna

Instructions

1. Mash avocado with lime juice, black pepper and onion until thoroughly mixed. 2. Add chopped cilantro leaves, chopped jalapeno and tuna. 3. Serve over a salad or as a dip with blanched carrots, cauliflower or broccoli.
