Ingredients

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach 1 large onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons butter 6 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet until tender. Stir in the spinach, bacon, nutmeg, salt and pepper; heat through.
