Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
as per taste chilli powder
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
pinch cumin seeds
1 bunch curry leaves
5 number garlic
1 number ginger
4 number green chillies
1 number onion sliced
2 number potato boiled
as needed salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
Directions
In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, onion,salt, garlic,ginger, green chillies, turmuric, mix well then add curry leaves, coriander leaves chopped cook for few min ,then add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder mix well, then add boiled potatoes sliced mix well cook till potatoes are slight golden brown colour
