Potatoes in yogurt curry or Aloo Dahi wala is boiled potato cubes sauteed in oil and added to a mildly spiced yogurt based gravy. A very simple dish but delicious too.

Ingredients:
Potato 5 n
Yogurt 1 c
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Hing
Turmeric
Salt
Chilly powder 2 tb
Coriander leaves 1 b
Oil (mustard & regular) 2 tb
Directions:
First boil the potatoes and sauté in oil.
Heat half & half of regular & mustard oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, hing, salt, and add chilly powder curd at a time. Then add potatoes (boiled and sauté in oil) add coriander leaves, give a boil & switch off the flame.
Serve this hot with rice, chapattis.
