Instant oats dosa, a healthy and easy to make mouthwatering crepe is a perfect breakfast dish and helps to maintain balanced diet. INGREDIENTS: Oats 1 cup Wheat flour 1-2 tbs Baking powder ½ tsp Salt To taste Butter(cubes) 2-3 nos Water as required METHOD: 1. Take ¾ oats into mixie jar and blend into a powder and transfer into a bowl. 2. To it add oats, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, butter and mix nicely. 3. Add water and mix nicely to make a dosa batter consistency. 4. Heat pan and pour ladleful of batter spread into round dosa. 5. On top of dosa sprinkle oats, add butter and cook it. 6. Now transfer into a serving plate and serve it coconut chutney.
