Gobi 65/Cauliflower 65 is a perfect evening snacks for kids, my kids just finish the whole batch after they come back . This is a recipie can be done fried and served and as it is and also braised with curd, green chilly and garlic with a hint of garama masala nd pepper powder. It is a altime favorite all over india http://www.vahrehvah.com/gobi-65-cauliflower-65-restaurant-style-of-cooking -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 tsp All purpose flour 1 number Cauliflower (medium size) 1 tsp Chilly paste 1/2 bunch Coriander chopped 4 tsp Corn starch 2 springs Curry leaves chopped 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 0 Oil for deep fry 1/2 tsp Pepper corn powder to taste Salt Take cauliflower florets blanch them in hot water for 1 minute. Take a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, red chilly paste, pepper powder, all purpose flour, corn starch, add water mix it like a thick batter, pour this batter on to the cauliflower, coat with the mixture to the cauliflower and deep fry them twice.
