1 chicken breast (200g), 1 cup of quinoa (185g), 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (150g), 1 cucumber (200g), 1/2 cup of feta cheese (75g), 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives (60g), 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15ml), 1 lemon, Salt and pepper to taste
