1 lb (450g) lean ground turkey, 1 packet (30g) low-sodium taco seasoning, 1 head (200g) romaine lettuce, 1 medium (150g) tomato, 1 medium (150g) cucumber, 1 medium (150g) avocado, 1/2 cup (120g) black beans, 1/2 cup (120g) corn, 1/4 cup (60g) shredded cheese, 2 tbsp (30g) Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. Cook the ground turkey in a pan over medium heat until browned. 2. Add the taco seasoning and stir until well combined. 3. Chop the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and avocado. 4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cooked turkey, black beans, and corn. 5. Top with shredded cheese and Greek yogurt. 6. Serve immediately.
