  • 1 lb (450g) beef bones
  • 2 cups (480ml) water
  • 1 cup (240ml) chopped mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast the beef bones in a preheated oven at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes.
  2. Transfer the bones to a pot, add water, vinegar, and vegetables.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 12-24 hours.
  4. Strain the broth, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
