  • 1 lb (450g) lamb bones
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 8 cups (2 liters) water, Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 24-48 hours.
  4. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
