1 lb (450g) lamb bones, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 8 cups (2 liters) water, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot. 2. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. 3. Simmer for 24-48 hours. 4. Strain the broth and discard the solids. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve hot.
