- 1 lb (450g) lamb bones
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 8 cups (2 liters) water, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer for 24-48 hours.
- Strain the broth and discard the solids.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
