- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (US) or 240 milliliters (Metric)
- 2 cups water (US) or 480 milliliters (Metric)
- 1 tablespoon honey (US) or 15 grams (Metric), Juice of 1 lemon (US) or approximately 30 milliliters (Metric)
Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse the mint leaves thoroughly. Step 2: In a blender, combine the mint leaves, spirulina powder, and water. Blend until smooth. Step 3: Strain the mixture into a glass. Step 4: Stir in the honey and lemon juice. Step 5: Serve chilled.
