Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups fresh watermelon juice
- 3/4 cup silver tequila
- 2 tablespoons triple sec
- Juice of 1 lime
- Simple syrup
- 1 bottle chilled cava
Instructions
- Special equipment: 4 chilled Champagne flutes
- Combine the watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec and lime juice in a pitcher and add simple syrup to taste. Fill 4 chilled Champagne flutes halfway with the margarita and top off with the chilled cava.
