These chocolate-peanut butter bites are amazeballs. (And they'll keep in the fridge for 3-4 days!)
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized banana, mashed
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. ground flax seed
- 2/3 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing with your hands to combine. Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
