Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Alabama White Sauce,
  • Buttery Nashville Hot Sauce, or
  • Vietnamese Peanut Sauce

Instructions
