- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 split vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions

Scatter the remaining bread cubes on top, pressing down gently. Brush the bread cubes with the melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.
