- 4 oz. light kielbasa
- 4 stalk celery

Instructions
- Coat 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray; heat on medium-high. Sprinkle chicken thighs with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Add to skillet along with kielbasa. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, turning. Add celery and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add cider and tomato paste. Simmer on medium 15 minutes, stirring.
