Ingredients

  • 1 lb. skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 oz. light kielbasa
  • 4 stalk celery
  • .13 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. cider
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Coat 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray; heat on medium-high. Sprinkle chicken thighs with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  2. Add to skillet along with kielbasa. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, turning. Add celery and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add cider and tomato paste. Simmer on medium 15 minutes, stirring.
