Great low calorie iced coffee made in a blender.

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsps instant coffee 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup fat free milk 2 tbsps sugar free chocolate syrup 1 cup ice 2 tsps sweetener

Instructions

1. Fill cup with about a tablespoon of water. Put in microwave until hot (15 seconds) and add the instant coffee, stir then fill rest of cup with cold water. Place in Blender 2. Add milk, sweetener (like Splenda), syrup and ice. 3. Blend till smooth. Enjoy! 4. Note: top with whip cream and more chocolate syrup for a creamy chocolate taste.
