Your favorite seasonal Starbucks drink gets the dessert treatment.
Ingredients
- 2 c. coffee ice cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Caramel sauce, for serving
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Cinnamon stick, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ice cream, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle the inside of a pint glass (or another tall glass) with caramel sauce. Fill the glass with the milkshake, top with whipped cream and more caramel sauce. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
