3. 2 湯匙冰糖
4. 1 湯匙生抽
5. 1 茶匙李錦記特級老抽
6. 2/3 茶匙雞粉
7. 200 ml = 6. 8 fl oz , 水
Ingredients:

2. 3 slices ginger
3. 1 large green onion, if small x 2
Seasoning :
1. 1 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
2. 3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
3. 2 tbsp rock sugar
4. 1 tbsp ligh soy sauce
5. 1 tsp Lee kum kee Premium dark soy sauce
6. 2/ 3 tsp chicken powder
7. 200 ml = 6. 80 fl oz, water
