Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Asian fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lbs wedge purple cabbage, cored and finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions (green parts only)

Instructions
