Instructions
- Sift the confectioners' sugar and pumpkin spice into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low and gradually add the sugar mixture, alternating witht he heavy cream. Mix in the vanilla. Increase the speed to high and beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
