4 avocados, pitted Juice of 1 lime 1/4 c. corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned) 1/4 c. black beans 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning 1 tsp. kosher salt 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, corn, black beans, scallions, garlic, taco seasoning, and season with salt.
