Ingredients
- 4 avocados, pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 c. corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1/4 c. black beans
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, corn, black beans, scallions, garlic, taco seasoning, and season with salt.
