- 2 medium ripe peaches
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 bulb fennel
- 1/3 c. finely chopped red onion
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
Instructions
- In medium bowl, stir all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
