Ingredients
- 12 oz. orecchiette
- 12 oz. microwave-in-bag broccoli rabe
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 12 oz. Italian turkey sausage
- 1/3 c. sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Boil orecchiette as package directs, adding broccoli rabe 5 minutes before pasta will be done and reserving 1 cup cooking water before draining.
- Meanwhile heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey sausage; cook, breaking into chunks with a wooden spoon, 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt and crushed red pepper. Sauté 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Toss with drained pasta and broccoli rabe, Parmesan and reserved cooking water as needed.
