Serve this easy Japanese sauce with summer rolls, sushi, or dumplings.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
Instructions
- Stir sugar and 1 Tbsp. warm water in a small bowl to dissolve sugar. Stir in lime juice, mirin, soy sauce, and vinegar.
