1 (13- x 9-inch) disposable aluminum baking pan 2 tablespoons kosher salt 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon black pepper 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 (3 1/2- to 4-lb.) whole chickens 2 (12-oz.) cans ginger ale Ginger Ale Glaze

Instructions

Light 1 side of grill, heating to 400 ° to 475 ° (medium-high to high) heat; leave other side unlit, placing disposable baking pan under grill grate. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove chickens from cans, and carve. Serve with Ginger Ale Glaze.
