Ingredients

  • 4 (4-oz.) boneless pork loin chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 (1.8-oz.) pkg. white sauce mix
  • 2 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 (7-oz.) pkg. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
  • 2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Cheddar & American cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add white sauce mix and milk to skillet; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Stir in uncooked macaroni, green beans and cheese; mix well. Place pork chops over mixture.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender and pork is no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally to keep mixture from sticking.
