Ingredients

  • 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c. SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1 c. light whipped topping

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer or in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, pie spice, and SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated and beat until incorporated.
  3. Using a spatula, fold in whipped topping until just combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds. Serve with you favorite seasonal cookie.
