Ingredients
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup egg substitute
1 cup fat free feta cheese
1/4 cup red peppers, chopped
1/2 cup red onions, chopped
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic
16 oz frozen spinach, squeezed dry
Instructions
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, let cool.
2. Mix together all ingredients.
3. Spray 10" pie pan with cooking spray.
4. Add mixture to pie pan.
5. Bake in 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 45 minutes.
6. Note: herbs and other vegetables such as mushrooms can be added if available.
