Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade (from 7 to 10-oz. bottle)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Heat grill. In shallow dish, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add pork chops; turn to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to marinate.
- When ready to grill, remove pork chops from marinade; pour marinade in small saucepan. Bring marinade to a boil. Place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
