Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 °F. As it heats, microwave the butter in 20-second intervals until fully melted.
  2. Toss the seeds in butter to coat them, then in the cilantro and taco seasoning. Spread them in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then cook for 20 minutes. Once they're out of the oven, drizzle with lime juice, let cool for a few minutes, then serve.
