  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

  2. Shape into scant 1-in. balls. Place in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 ° for 20-25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
