This Robin's Egg No-Churn Ice Cream is a PCOS-friendly recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 c. heavy cream
  • 2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c. Robin's Egg malted milk ball candies, crushed, plus a few handfuls for topping

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Pour the two cans of condensed milk into the whipped cream, and fold carefully, trying not to deflate the cream. Fold the 2 cups of Robin's Eggs into the mixture.
  3. Put the ice cream into a loaf pan, and top with the remaining Robin's Eggs. Freeze until firm, four hours or overnight.
