Ingredients
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. Robin's Egg malted milk ball candies, crushed, plus a few handfuls for topping
Instructions
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Pour the two cans of condensed milk into the whipped cream, and fold carefully, trying not to deflate the cream. Fold the 2 cups of Robin's Eggs into the mixture.
- Put the ice cream into a loaf pan, and top with the remaining Robin's Eggs. Freeze until firm, four hours or overnight.
