Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 8 oz. pimiento peppers, drained
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 boule, top hole removed
  • Sliced scallions, for serving
  • Potato chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, pimiento peppers, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer mixture to bread bowl and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake until warmed through and bubbly, 20 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with scallions, with Ritz.
