Microwave Strawberry Jam is an ultra fast and ultra easy jam recipe. Fresh strawberries are combined with sugar and lemon juice, then microwaved. Bottled in a sterilised jar, this jam will last for 3 months (unopened in the kitchen cupboard) or for about a week in the fridge after opening. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives - give it a go!
