Ingredients
1 tsp Butter
bunch Coriander leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Garlic Paste
4 - 5 Green Chillies
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp OIL
1 small Onion
Salt (To taste)
1 cup Tender tamarind leaves ( Chinta Chiguru)
1 cup Toor dal
pinch Turmeric powder
water-as required
Directions
1. Clean and Boil Dal keep it aside
2.Take a pan add Oil saute mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,chopped onions,garlic paste, turmeric,green chillies,curry leaves,salt, saute this for few min.
3. Now add tender tamarind leaves add little water and let it cook for 5 min.
4. Add boiled dal let it cook for another 5 min lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
