An innovative dal for those who like to experiment with the magic of flavours! Rich in iron and fibre this dal is also a healthy treat. Radish adds its distinct flavour, while roasted beaten rice and coconut add a mild but interesting flavour and texture.

Ingredients:
Apple 2 n
Sugar 250 g
Cinnamon powder 1 ts
Corn flour 1 tb
All purpose flour 2 tb
Salt
Baking powder 1 pinch
Ice water 2 cups
Walnut 5 n
Directions:
Take a bowl add cinnamon powder, corn flour, all purpose flour, pinch of salt, baking powder, mix it well, remove the apple skin and cut them in to wedges, put the apple wedges into the batter, and deep fry them.
For caramel
Heat a pan, add sugar and make a light caramel and drop the deep fried apple wedges.
Drop this caramelized apple in the ice bath, shock and take it out, take the walnut nuts & caramelize it in the rest of the caramel and crush the walnut and serve it with caramelized apple wedges with scoop of your favorite ice scream.
