Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 lb butter, (2 sticks)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz) box confectioner's sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °. Combine all ingredients except for confectioner's (powdered) sugar.
  2. Roll into small “fingers” or balls. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Roll immediately in confectioner's sugar.
