Seena with raisins curry is made of tender lower ribs of lamb and raisins cooked in a spicy gravy. Tender lower ribs of lamb cooked with raisins http://www.vahrehvah.com/seena-with-raisins-curry Ingredients 1 tbsp coconut powder 1 sprigs coriander leaves 1 tbsp coriander powder 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Cumin Seed 2 number garam masala dry 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 500 grams Mutton meena pisces 1 tbsp Oil 1 cup Onions 10 number raisins As needed salt 1 tsp vinegar Directions Take a blender Add raisins,red chillies, onions,vinegar blend it till a fine paste. Take a pressure cooker, oil, garam masala, cumin seeds, onion mix well add salt, ginger garlic paste, add the blended paste cook for 2 min then add seena mutton,coriander powder, cumin powder, coconut powder mix well if required add water and close it with a lid cook till mutton is tender. Ones the mutton remove the lid and cook till water evaporates then garam masala powder, chopped coriander.
