Tomato 3 Number
Cucumber 1 Number
Green Chili 3 Number
Garlic 3 Cloves
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Lemon Juice 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Pine apple 5 Pieces
Bread 2 Slices
Directions -- Method:
1. Take a maxi jar add tomato, cucumber pieces, green Chili, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, squeeze lemon juice, salt, pine apple pieces, fat free bread, grind all ingredients.
2. Serve this with pulao or paratha
