Baby onions 500 g
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Red chilly 6 n
Fenugreek seeds ¼ ts
Chanadaal ½ ts
Garlic crushed 6 cloves
Turmeric pinch
Salt
Chilly powder 1 tb
Coriander powder 1 tb
Cumin powder 1 ts
Tamarind juice ½ cup
Tomato paste 2 tb
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splutter, add cumin seeds, red chilly, fenugreek seeds, chana daal, once chana daal is change the colour, add garlic, curry leaves, turmeric and baby onions, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tamarind juice, tomato paste, mix it and put the lid on and let it cook for 30 minutes in a slow flame, then serve this with rice.
