Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
- 1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate morsels, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 (9 inch) deep dish unbaked pie shells, or 3 (9 inch) unbaked regular pie shells
- ice cream, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °.
- Combine eggs, sugar and melted chocolate in large bowl. Add flour and mix well, stirring in remaining ingredients except for pie shells. Bake 50-60 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream. Freezes well!!
