3. 1 茶匙生抽

chicken wings marinade:
1. 1/4 tsp sugar
2. 1 tsp light soy sauce
3. 1 tsp rum or cooking wine
4. 1/3 tsp corn starch
bowl seasoning:
1. 1 1/2 tsp washed rock sugar
2. 1 tsp dark soy sauce
3. 1 tsp light soy sauce
4. 1 tsp chicken powder
5. 200 ml = 6. 763 fl oz, water
